    Restaurant Systems: Code Compliance Checklist

    Kitchen system and extinguisher technicians perform valuable services, including safety checks. A restaurant compliance safety check typically takes about an hour or two depending on the size of cooking operations. Restaurant owners and managers appreciate this service with completed reports of items checked and work performed. Here is a list of components to be checked along with the corrective actions.
