Standard Shipping
Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but, we can only process orders during our hours of operation 7am - 8pm ET, Monday - Friday. If you require a rush delivery, most of our in-stock items can be shipped same day when ordered, before 2 pm ET. However we can only guarantee same day shipping on orders placed before 12 noon. Also note that you should not choose overnight shipping if you are placing an order after 2 pm ET on a Friday, or a day before a holiday as your order will not be processed until the next business day.

- Non-personalized, in-stock products should arrive within 1-5 working days.
- Shipping times will vary on item numbers beginning with #DDP, #SSP, #XSP or #EQQ. Second Day and Next Day delivery is not available for these items.
Haz-Mat Fees
Hazmat fees will be applied based on DOT Regulations and Carrier Variations. For more information please contact your sales representative.
International Shipping
Brooks ships to anywhere in the U.S., U.S Territories and to our network of registered partners/customers around the globe. However, any orders that meet Brooks prepaid freight guidelines are only prepaid to the U.S. border. Call a Brooks Sales Representative for additional details.
