This Colt™ 8" lead-free REDUCED PRESSURE DETECTOR BACKFLOW PREVENTER ASSEMBLY is ideal for protection at cross-connections identified as health hazards, such as fire sprinkler systems and from other contaminants found at the service line entrance. Its compact modular design features a stainless steel body with a quick access sleeve, torsion spring check valves, outside stem and yoke resilient seated gate valves, test cocks, corrosive-resistant bottom- mounted pressure relief valve. Furnished with a GPM meter to detect underground leaks and unauthorized water use and an integrated flood sensor, with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve.
