TEMPERATURE SENSORS have only one sensor. The T8800 has the temperature sensor housed in the appliance, while the T8800R has a connected remote probe up to 500'. Sensors memory is non-volatile, because all temp trip limits are set with a small screw driver. No software program is required. They have programmable hi and low alarms and the T8800R can be submerged in liquid or installed in a freezer.
